Lise Roy, a Francophone native of Northern Ontario, will share her authentic expertise and time-honored techniques for creating the perfect, melt-in-your-mouth batch every time. Join us at Harvest Algoma as part of the Rendez-vous event to learn the traditional secrets and, of course, enjoy a taste. Note: Results will be served at the Saveurs de la Francophonie buffet. |
