​Micheline Findlay

Micheline (LeClair) Findlay, a native of Sault Ste. Marie, worked as a teacher in our French-language Catholic schools for 31 years. Since her retirement, she has been offering French language skills courses as well as nutrition courses for the Centre d’éducation et de formation pour adultes (CÉFA).

Workshop: Taste of Acadian cuisine
This workshop will offer an exploration of Acadian history in Canada, the preparation and tasting of Acadian French-Canadian dishes, and a comparison with similar Quebec dishes.
